I just had an in-ground pool installed this summer. Pools Plus, in my opinion is the best in the business. They have exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work and friendly, professional customer service. They are a family owned business that definitely cares about their customers.

I have known Pools Plus Inc. since its inception. In all those years, I have never had a problem with them. Anytime I call for a repair or with a problem, they are out immediately to service my needs. As far as I'm concerned, they have no equal in the pool business.
If you have a pool, hot tub, or grill, they've got the tech to fix it for you! I really like how knowledgeable some of the staff is. One tech seemed like a walking thesaurus of information about anything pool or hot tub related! They also seem to only carry the best stock available and they seem to try and only carry USA made products.
Excellent customer service and they test your pool water for free. They also have any pool supplies or parts that you could need.
I worked with Jonathan. He was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Well worth the drive from Benton to Hutchinson!!

We went in today with nothing more than a water sample and a serial number for our hot tub. We got chemical and filter's the gentleman that was there was very helpful and informative. As this is my wife and I's first hot tub he said to call with any questions. We will definitely be calling and continuing business there. Thank you lone feller working Saturday
