It was FUN, not stressful in buying our first spa. Staff works with what will meet you're needs, not a quick sale... Delivery was on time and VERY friendly, and set up the spa, cleaned up the mess ALL with a smile!!!

I choose to purchase a Caldera Spa because of the great sales people in Melissa and Dawn and the quality of the spa. They answered all my questions and have given me great service for a number of years. My backyard presented a challenge (steep hill) for the installation guys. They were professional and also did a great job. I am very satisfied with my Caldera Spa. Arnie Peterson
Sales staff (Dawn and Melissa) were informative and friendly. Installers (John and Austin) were respectful of our property and went above our expectations. The hot tub itself has been very therapeutic and the perfect size for us. Ongoing support to help us get up to speed with chemicals/water treatment has been great!
All in all the buying experience was good. The service after the sale needs a lot of work
I was very pleased with the service and knowledge of the staff. I felt Melissa understood what we were looking for and helped us find the right hot tub.
Staff couldn't be any more helpful. Our well water was an issue, they helped us, answered our concerns, worked with us until the issue was resolved. Fitting a spa that would work for my giants took patience from picking a spa, delivery and maintenance. We could'nt be happier!
The showroom and professional staff made our decision. We were very nervous getting our water correct, and the staff was so polite and reassured us that we were doing everything right.
