We first visited Glenn's Fireplace & Spa on a Saturday, came back the next day on a Sunday to make the purchase, and our new hot tub was delivered and set up on Wednesday. I must say from the extremely knowledgeable salesman, down to earth and very thorough owner, and the team of guys removing our old hot tub and setting up the new one (including the owner, Glenn), everyone was very professional and did a wonderful job! We were soaking in our new tub the next day and absolutely LOVE it! Thank you! Thank you for making our purchase so easy :)

Glenn has been keeping our 21 year old spa running for years. We finally decided to replace it and he had the perfect replacement in stock. A week later he installed it and we could not be more satisfied. He always put the customer first and there is never any pressure. While we were buying the spa we noticed a nice fire pit table and bought that as well. Both are great quality.
Extremely pleased with my buying experience with the sales staff (Scotty). Prices were very competitive and included removal of an old hot tub and installation of a new one. Removal of the old tub was a real challenge for Glenn (owner} and his assistants. Bottom line, they did a great job removing and installing the new tub. All was done to my complete satisfaction. I most highly recommend Glenns Spa for their sales, quality products, installation, and service after the sale.
As a 30+ year spa owner, I found Glen and his staff very knowledgeable. Installation was professional and timely. I would highly recommend Glenn's Fireplace and Spa.
