Mike did an awesome job. First day he repaired my leaking pool pump and fixed pool heater. Next day he installed a new brominator. He was very nice and explained everything very well!

I needed to replace my pool's filter system motor pump. The salesperson was very helpful in my selection of the motor pump that was correct for my pool. The installation was done on July 6, 2024. The installer was very professional and did a great job installing the motor pump without any problems. Our experience purchasing a spa/hot tub from Majestic Pools & Spas was fantastic from start to finish. Kyle in sales was incredibly knowledgeable, presenting us with all available options and going above and beyond to coordinate the removal of our old spa with the Delivery department. We have had above ground pools for 43 years and this year we decided to install an inground pool. We must be smarter today than we were back then because there is no question that inground is the best choice for many reasons. The pool is a great addition to our backyard and we have received many compliments. There is nothing better than walking down a few steps and your in. Our pool was closed for the winter today by Scott, Sean and David. They were very professional and courteous. I hope they will be the team that opens the pool in the Spring. In summary our experience with Majestic from start to finish has been topshelf.

Alvin and Joe came to repair or replace my motor. As it turns out, I only needed to have the capacitor replaced. They were courteous and efficient and did a great job. I truly appreciate their honesty in doing the repair. In today's world, trusting a person's diagnosis is very important. 5 stars!!!

Did a great job closing the pool
Alvin & Sean worked diligently to determine the cause of a malfunctioning new motor. They both remained polite, pleasant but determined throughout the baffling process. They finally found the hairline crack & ended up replacing the motor. Very appreciative of their work ethic & diligence. Definitely recommend the Majestic crew if you're looking for pool maintenance.
Called yesterday to replace leaky filter Came same day. Storm came quickly and they weren’t able to finish. Came today and completed the install

Delivery and start-up process was smooth and easy. Sales process was difficult. It was not easy to work with the sales person.
Lance was a great tech who came out for the call. He taught me a lot about the spa Maintenance today. He installed one of the lights that was missing from the manufacture and re-installed some seals that were not properly installed at manufactures. Very appreciative to him.
Tim who came out to install our cover cradle and spa set up was extremely helpful. The man knows his stuff. Over all a great experience and my family loves our new hot tub. Our spa cover had some slight damage but Tim was sure to take pictures and reassured us it will be taken care of.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing a hot tub with Majestic. We loved seeing all the spas at the showroom, and we thought the salesperson was very patient, professional, and helpful. I cannot remember his name but he was an older gentleman who said he flew in from Milwaukee for the sales event. We felt he took all of our preferences and budget into account and found us the perfect hot tub that met our needs. We felt he made the experience very personal, and he double checked everything he told us to make sure he was giving us the most accurate information. We really appreciated that. The showroom itself was very clean and we enjoyed wandering through. The delivery process was good, with ONE exception: there was very little communication between the time we purchased the spa and when it was delivered. This is one area that could be improved. However, everything else was wonderful and the delivery guys themselves were awesome. We also really liked Tim, who helped us set up the hot tub once we received it. Overall, amazing process and we are very happy!
So- who would have thought that we were going to buy a hot tub on June 25, 2022? We had seen the commercials on TV the last few days about this "Big Sale" at Majestic Pools & Spas - THIS WEEKEND, so we decided to take a drive and check it out. It was a busy Saturday afternoon at the Transit Rd. location, and a few associates greeted us and said they would be with us in a few minutes. That was fine because it gave us a chance to walk around and see the pools and spas. After a few minutes, a sales associate by the name of Larry G. came up to my husband and me and started talking about what we were thinking about. Larry had great knowledge about the products, experiences and salesmanship. He wrote up a contract for our first Hot Tub / Spa, and gave us a folder with information regarding "What to do next", "Customer responsibilities", and information about the chemicals they recommend. Our next step was to get our "Electrical System" ready for the arrival of the hot tub. Once that was ready, we made a call to the delivery department and worked out a date and time for our hot tub to be delivered. The delivery guys came on Friday, 7/15, late afternoon. The crew was amazing as they worked together and moved the hot tub into place and put the cover on securely. The final step from the company was the Spa Set Up. "Tim" (former Marine)- - came out and installed our Cover Lifter and gave us a lesson on Spa Maintenace and chemicals. His presentation was well done, organized and entertaining. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment/ relaxing in our Hot Tub. Thank you for making the buying- and set up process so pain free!!

We had a great experience at the Depew store. The sales rep was very knowledgeable of the products available. The delivery crew was great. Fast, on time and courteous. We also had Tim come out for the initial start up and run down of the hot tub. He arived on time and was very helpful with explaining how to maintain a safe and clean hot tub. I would recommend majestic pools.

I am happy with the product as this is our 2nd CalSpa (16 years with first one). Dissatisfied with deliver as I made access and went to great lengths on how it should be delivered but delivery installed a different way causing me to have to dismantle more of my deck which will cost me time and money. Overall though, everyone has been nice.

Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with our experience. Majestic turned our "prepared, but window shopping" experience into a sale that we feel very good about. It is important to make special mention of our "pool school" instructor, Tim. It would be a disservice to him and to Majestic not to. He showed up promptly at our arranged time. He was friendly without losing grasp of his professionalism and staying on point with pertinent spa instructions. He took the time to answer ALL of my questions as they surfaced, as well as gave me time to take notes of some of the finer details. Our instruction was thorough and un-rushed. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Majestic for our future spa needs!

I had a great overall experience. During startup a header joint came apart. Majestic came out the next day and fixed the problem with a "we'll take care of it" attitude. It's how a company deals with problems that shows their true value.

We thank you all for a very satisfying purchase. So far customer service has been above expectation. Our "in-service" on how to use and take care of our hot tub was the best. All questions answered and information beyond what we have ever had with any purchase. Thank you. We received a thank you note that day with a card for 15% off purchase chemicals on next visit. Well, we did come in and purchased but was told the coupon was not being honored. This did leave a sour note, $ is $ today. So why include it in the note? Thank you otherwise Majestic. We were very happy with the entire process. We had a lot of questions and Tim was very patient in answering all of them. He explained everything for us and did not push us in any way to buy. He gave us good information and let us decide which model tub to buy. Delivery and set up crews were awesome as well. The service Dept has been great at answering questions we have had as well.
I think computers would help immensely as it took several calls to get answers for final delivery date. Tim was very informative, friendly and polite. I would recommend a “cheat sheet” for a referral in maintaining the hot tub.

I have nothing bad to say about start to finish. Every person I dealt with was amazing. Right from purchase, delivery, set up. I have referred many people to come to you from Rochester already. The only thing I can say is the delivery people need to return calls sooner but delivery was awsome . Larry the sales person was fabulous, delivery people as tired as they were were fabulous and Tim the set up guy was amazing.

Very happy overall. However, there needs to be more communication when it comes to delivery of the product. We called several times, asked for an update, but we’re never called for a delivery date until we threatened to cancel the order.

I thought Tim Bunch was awesome when purchasing the hot tub. I also had a great experience with Tim the set up guy. My issue comes with the staff not being knowledgeable and consistent with information . Aside from Tim Bunch, Delivery crew and Tim the set guy the rest of the staff needs to be on same page and know what is going on with day to day operations. I feel like communication is an opportunity.

Our salesman was extremely pleasant and informative.When we picked up our hot tub the men were super nice and gave us alot of advice. When the gentleman came to do our start up, he was extremely informative and his name ws Tim also but we can't remember his last name.The whole experience from the time we walked through the doors through all the info part has been wonderful. We will always tell anyone who asks that Majestic Pools is where they should go for a hot tub. We thank them greatly and are super pleased with the experience there. The only issue we have is where the producer of the hot tub put the drain. My husband said it should not be near the electrical.

Everything went so smoothly with purchase. I picked up spa myself and the gentlemen that helped load it on my trailer were more then extremely helpful and made sure it was facing the proper way so I didn't have to turn it while unloading. Variety of brands and models in the store are impressive. Sales staff was not pushy. Gave us the pros and cons of each brand and did not push one over the other, which we liked, it is our choice and we have to live with it. This is our first spa so we did some research and shopped arround,we are happy with our choice. I would /will recommend Majestic to friends and family. Store, sales, delivery, and start up staff all very good. Only place we could recommend improvement is communication. Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control we waited about 10 weeks, a call every other week or email update would have been appreciated.
Our overall experience with Majestic was a good one. Shane was very helpful in getting us the information needed to make the best choice for a spa. We were told they did not have exactly what we needed in stock but that it would arrive within 3 weeks. We originally planned on picking the unit up however changed our minds and when placing the order with Tim he stated delivery would be $300 additional because of our location and that it would probably be about 3 weeks for delivery. We agreed to that. We were very pleased when we received a phone call that it could be delivered on 5/21! The delivery team was less than friendly, but did the job they needed to do even though they were over an hour late with no phone call. When I paid the remainder of the balance due I was told delivery was $500. I told the main delivery guy that Tim said $300 so he called him. Tim stated he never told us that and that he told us $500 which was not the case. The delivery guy was nice enough to knock $100 off, but it was still $100 more than originally agreed upon. They cleaned up and told us a service tech would come out and install the lift and explain how to use it in a couple days. The service tech., Lance was the BEST! He set up a time convenient for us and when he knew he would be a little later sent me a text and let me know so that I could work later. He explained everything in great detail and would stop and ask if we had questions. He installed the lift and when he was done showed us how to use it and had me do it to make sure I knew what I was doing. He again asked if we had any questions and told us to always call if we needed anything. GREAT customer service experience! All in all we are very happy with our purchase and will be happy to recommend Majestic to anyone looking for a pool or spa!
The very first time we went in the store to look at this hot tub we had Tim. He was kind of distant to us. Didn't explain a lot but when we came back he was totally different. Explained more and was kinder to us. We at that point purchased the hot tub and was pleased with him. Delivery people were good. The person that really impressed us was the service person Tim. He was so kind explained to us step by step the most important things we should know about taking care of this tub. I rate him 125% , he was so kind and pleasant patient while we asked him many questions and I wrote things down. I was so impressed about him, he has so much knowledge about these tubs. I would like to say keep that man around it was a pleasure working with him and hope if I ever need help or have any questions he can help me again. We had a great experience with the company! Larry was a huge help while deciding which hot tub to purchase and what would be right for our family. The delivery crew was very courteous at our home. We were especially satisfied with Lance who came to do our start up. He was extremely personable and answered all of our questions. He gave us a lot of great advice and safety tips keeping in mind we have small children. He definitely made us feel comfortable about calling the company if we have any further question or concerns with our purchase.

Great experience, great hot tub. Lance from service was came over after the spa was delivered and attached the cover and showed me everything I needed to know about cleaning and running the spa. He was excellent. Delivery guys were great too.

I finally decided to purchase a spa and found a really nice one at Majestic. After a long wait due to the pandemic (no fault of Majestic) my spa arrived... I figured it would take a while to schedule the startup but to my surprise they were available the next day. The tech was courteous and explained the startup and maintenance thoroughly. I rarely write a review unless I have a really bad or really good experience, and this was certainly good 🙂

We had our built in pool installed last yr, 2016, and loved everything about it. At the end of the season they closed it up and we had to do NOTHING!! This was a scary purchase and could not be happier! Looking forward to many yrs of summer fun! They are opening it up for us next week...Whoop Whoop!
