We started doing business with Majestic when we Got our Pool in 1991 and its been a pleasure ever since.We have since purchased a Hot Tub and a number of Items since,This summer we decided to switch from a Sand Filter on our Pool to a Catridge Filter Sales explained the best way to go and on Friday 7/12/24 TYLER AND ALVIN arrived to remove our Hayward sand filter and Install our New Carvin cartridge filter ,Despite the severe heat these two guys where Plesant and informative and there attention to detail was great,I honestly must say these days great employees are Rare But There just that ,Our Family looks foward to many more years of doing business with Majestic and the great people that work there ,Thank You Art FitzPatrick and Family ....PS We Miss Fred

we have been doing business with majestic for over 28 years. Rich who works sales and alvin who does the installing are fabulous to with . Rick got right back to us with the price of the unit with 1 hour. Same day service. Excellent service. As far a Alvin he is very knowledgeable with the product, went over and beyond making sure our pool was up and running, came out at 7:30pm to do our install. Very polite, nice man and very respectfull . Johnny Bunch would be very proud of Rick and Alvin on how they are respect his company that he took such pride in building. I reaaly cant say enough . Kyle was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. Alvin installed the heater in a timely fashion and answered any questions we had. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to work with.
After calling a pool company with whom I had a 40+ year relationship, They were abrupt on the phone and bever called me back. I called Majestic Pools and was told they'd get back to me which they did in less than 24 hrs. A service person (Alvin) showed up the next day. I needed a new pump otor which he replaced and started to repair a few plumbing lines of which I was aware. The plumbing damage was FAR more extensive than originally thought, and after a frustrating (for Alvin) 4-1/2 hours had me up and running. I can't say enough how great Alvin and everyone at Majestic treated me. I have a new go-to pool company to deal with. Thank You Majestic for the fast, courteous, and professional service.
Pool heater was installed ahead of schedule and service tech Alvin did a great job! Also after job was completed replacing the old heater, everything was cleaned up and removed. Thumbs up for Alvin and his assistant.

We’ve had a great experience with Majestic from beginning to end. High quality, professional yet personable, and terrific customer service, most notably being willing to cover damage to a part (outside of covered warranty) at no expense because we were a relatively new customer. Scott and Lucas were out to replace and they did a great job. We can now enjoy the season with no concerns.

A crew from Majestic Pools (Marshall, Grayson and Jordan) were at our home yesterday. In the usual style of Majestic employees they were all friendly and professional while they did an expert job of closing our in-ground pool and installing the safety cover. They were courteous, willingly answered our questions, and completed their work quickly. We will be ordering all of our pool opening and closing services from Majestic.

Awesome customer service every time!
Our original 16 year old pool heater was difficult to start and every year we had to battle the spiders who took up residence near the pilot light. Now we have an efficient, electronic start heater to help extend our swim season. Our installer was knowledgeable and explained the easy start up process before leaving our home.

I recently had a pool opening scheduled where I requested a certain technician who’s been working on my pool for some years now. The appointment was was made months in advance. I chose a Friday so I took the day off work. Not only was my appointment cancelled, another person came to open the pool. The gentleman had two men with him who were obviously new to this because they took twice as long as it normally would. I could see them struggling with the pool. I understand the struggle with staffing nowadays but we have had much better experiences with Majestic in the past.
Scott and Ethan came to service my pool today. They were both very professional and pleasant to work with. They did excellent work and took the time to explain things to me. That was very appreciated. It is the quality of workers like the two of them that keep me with Majestic Pools.
I have been a Majestic customer for 23 years...ever since they installed my pool. I have to say that the opening this year by the team of Scott, Ethan and Ryan was one of the best! They were thorough, efficient, friendly and professional. They did an amazing job!! I will be asking for them to close my pool in the Fall. As for Majestic, I am and will continue to be a loyal customer.

After opening my pool on Saturday before Memorial Day, I realized my pool pump had seized over the winter. Tuesday morning I contacted the Lancaster location and spoke with Rick. Rick in the Showroom (as always!) and Scott, Tom & Dave who were onsite to open our pool were absolutely fantastic. They were all VERY pleasant and extremely knowledgeable; giving me some great ideas for how I could make it easier to care for my pool. Pool closing this year,Mike and Allan were very nice, knowledgeable, professional. $300.00 seems a little steep especially after reading what the warranty covers. Might be looking for an alternative in the future.

Your new policy of not billing for pool closures is about as poorly thought through decision as possible. Who has 12 hours to sit and wait for your service folks to show up? Even a half-day to wait around is excessive and you’re not even willing to give them morning or afternoon closing time. Poor poor management decision!!
Mike sold us on the safety cover and Don and Zack installed it in a courtious, timely fashion. All of our questions were answered and the pool was put back to proper working order and tested before they left. Great job,guys!!
Order placed via phone, response was quick and transaction simple. Installers (Dom and Alvin) were polite and finished the job quickly. Pump is so quiet; I have to look to see if it's running! Husband would have liked a manual for product but adjusted quickly

Derick and Scott repaired a shaft seal on my pump and did so efficiently, professionally, and courteously. Derick answered all my questions and took the time to be sure I understood his explanations. I very much appreciate the responsiveness and excellent service.
Chris was the technician that installed a new cartridge filter for me. Very professional, knowledgeable and organized. Did a great job installing and explaining the product. Highly recommend Chris.
I purchased a 2 hp pump and motor for my inground pool, and installed it myself with the help of an electrician. Two weeks later the motor stopped working, so I called Majestic and they provided me a part which I installed but that did not fix the problem. So Rick dispatched the service team of Alan and Jeffrey and they came out two days later. They identified the problem and solved it. It was a faulty motor which they replaced with a brand-new one. My only disappointment is that I had to pay for the installation charge of the new malfunctioning motor but the cost was explained to me upfront. Rick, Alan and Jeffrey were very professional and very helpful, I would recommend Majestic for any of your pool maintenance or repair needs. I would also suggest that you allow Majestic to do any major repairs or installation of their equipment so you don’t run into the issue I did.

Scott and Cearra did our partial opening and did a great job, were friendly and neat. Explained the new process of adding other chemicals the next day clearly and getting water tested later. Had a bit of a leaky sand filter, Scott tightened the bolts so hopefully it saves us for another year!

19 years ago we had our kidney inground installed. The install was done very professionally. A large additional stamped concrete pad was added. Not 1 crack in the concrete and looks beautiful till this day. The pool has functioned wonderfully for these past year. Your maintenance techs who open and close each year (George & Nick) always do a bang up up. Thank You, Majestic has provided the our family and friends years of enjoyment !!!

We have been a Majestic customer for about 17 years. Every year the opening crew does an outstanding job. Mike also goes out of his way if we need work on our heater. Just had another opening and Alan and Jeffrey were very curious and did an excellent job. We had a lot of leaves on the cover and they cleaned and bagged them. Great work. We also bought a spa a couple of years ago and had the same terrific experience.
Had issues starting up our pool this year. Had some leaks and trouble with the heater. It took a couple of visits but the guys did a great job. Mike R was a great help with getting our heater vacuum on track. Can't thank everyone enough.

The amount of regrading that needs to be done is terrible. Left us with a disaster. They should have told us the location wasn’t a good idea based on their experience. Every landscaper we called said it was the worst they ever saw. 21K most of the landscapers want to fix this mess. The pool itself is nice. The attention to details was awful.
During pool opening this year Mike determined that my pump motor was seized up. He did a great job trying to free it up but was unsuccessful, really appreciate his attempts. 2 days later Derek, Sean and Scott showed up a and changed out the motor and started up my pool. All these guys do a great job!
Filter installation was very good and the installer was friendly as well as provided details on use.
