It’s the only place in Tidewater I would purchase from. I purchased at another hot tub dealer and it was unsatisfactory. So my friend told me about Virginia Leisure. Thank goodness she did! I’ve been coming here now for about 10 years for everything I need including a new hot tub!

First stop while looking for a hot tub and didn’t need to look any further. We received great information from Nathan and found the right hot tub at a great price .
Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable with the Caldera product we were looking at.
The Staff at Virginia Leisure was excellent and knowledgeable of their products. Electrical contractor did excellent work and conducted himself very professionally. Very unimpressed with subcontractor that they use to level and install the hot tub. Three visits to attempt a proper leveling of the tub and still unsatisfied with service. He took shortcuts to attempt to fix levelling problem noted by us before the hot tub was installed. The actual owner of the contracting company came over twice and since he attempted to level the tub using shortcuts it still is not done properly. I guess we will have to pay additional money for someone else to do a proper job in the near future.
Top notch crew from sales person, to delivery men, to the electrician! Drew, our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable and answered many, many of our questions to our satisfaction. The price was outstanding and the tub was high quality. The delivery crew was friendly, took our old tub and installed the new tub from a very tight entrance way. The recommended electrician quickly installed the proper outlets and hooked up the tub the very next day! COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.
