Love our new Caldera Hot Tub! Sandy was a gem to work with as she is very professional and knowledgeable. Also patient with all the questions we had. Great selection of sizes, styles, and colors helped us find exactly what we wanted. Jason was very helpful over the phone in coordinating delivery and installation.
I am very glad we chose SweetWater Hot Tubz to purchase our Caldera Reunion hot tub. I went into the store initially to learn about hot tubs. Sandy took her time to explain to me everything I needed to know. She was very patient with my many questions :-) I did not feel pressured at all. I ended up returning the following week and purchasing the hot tub. Sandy made the purchasing experience very easy. When I left the store, I felt confident that I could do the startup with no problems. The team of four men that delivered the hot tub were also great. They explained everything about the hot tub and were also very patient when I had them adjust it several times :-) I would definitely buy from Sandy and Sweetwater again.
I have had nothing but issue after issue with my Caldera Tub. Do yourself a favor and purchase a Hotsprings spa. I previously had a Vanguard for over 10 years with absolutely no issues. This Caldera Niagra is nothing but a piece of junk! Currently it is leaking and Sweetwater has not responded after two attempts.

I just purchased my first hot tub and the experience was amazing with Sweetwater!! The deliver was on time and the service was amazing! Not only will I be a customer for life but I’m sending everyone there! The chemicals and scents for the tub are very well priced based on my searches. Thank y’all Sweetwater!
