I first went to Spa Spot after I was finally discharged from hospital and in a position where I could finally enter an aquatic environment again. I was the victim of a distracted driver who inflicted massive trauma to my body. It was determined that a hot tub would help but money was a limiting factor. Kyle was phenomenal. He worked with me to get what I needed to help me achieve a quality of life again. The whole company went above and beyond. From customizing the tub to suit my needs and disability to working within our budget... I can’t say enough good things about them. They’ve always been there to answer questions and help me with any issues. There’s no question over whether I would recommend them to others - it’s an absolute yes!

Pleasant purchasing experience in 2014 backed up by excellent continued service. I have had some very minor warranty issues with my tub and both times I have been taken care of extremely well. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase a tub, and A+ on service after the sale (something which isn't to common these days).
