I looked for more than two years for a used hot tub that was in my price range with the features I wanted. I saw a lot of crap out there and visited some showrooms that were not that nice. I found Derek through a craigslist ad and told him what I wanted. He had it and heated it up so I could test it (with a view of the eastern hills of Santa Rosa). He was honest, accommodating and the price was right. The tub was exactly what we wanted and better (for us) than my dad's new one that has a nice color fountain, but not strong jets. During the warranty period and beyond he has been really helpful giving advice over the phone and sending a tech way out to where we live. I'm really happy with my purchase with Spa Express.
