Regarding the Aqua Xtreme robot that I purchased through Ebay from Pool and Patio Center, Inc. on September 6, 2021 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in MA. They recommended that I contact the company that they said took over the company that made the robot (?). This is the response that I sent to them. They are recommending that I file a complaint against Ebay with the BBB in California. I really don't want to do that without reaching out to Ebay (again). I have purchased many things through Ebay in the past without any problem until now. I am seriously filing a Small Claims regarding this problem. And problem it is. Please share with me if there is anything I can do. I will put it on Yelp, Google and Facebook and anywhere else I can. I will not let it go. I don't have $699. that I can afford to pay $349.50 for 2 uses. Not sure anyone does and obviously no one cares. Thank you. And as I said before, I bought this item in September (the 6th) when anyone living in New England knows that pools are closed around Labor Day. My pool was closed. The explanation that I should have tried it out within the 30 days is preposterous. I worked perfectly 2 times and quit. While I understand the 30 day warranty concept the company that I bought it from (through Ebay) is located in Rhode Island (also located in New England). Perhaps this should be a lesson for them not to sell pool products as fall sets in. I am a 76 year old woman/widow who is now taking care of a 20 X 40 foot pool (alone - as my husband passed away). I, in good faith, purchased a $699.00 robotic pool cleaner. As soon as the pool was opened I opened the box (didn't even open it upon receipt). I used it 2 times. If I don't get some satisfaction ... the cost of that "robot" equals $349.50 per use. I am not really sure anyone really cares at this point other than myself. I don't really want to put up bad reviews on websites but I will resort to doing it. I am also considering taking the Seller to Small Claims Court. I don't want to go after Ebay as they only process sales directly with the Sellers. I, 100%, believe this should be handled with the Seller directly.

Our first visit to Pool and Patio was in February when we met Leon. He was very helpful and patience with all our questions and took the time to explain the operation,delivery and installation of our hot tub and support for the initial start up Delivery and lnstallation went great. Jim and his crew provided an excellent experience and demonstrated procedures and answering all our questions on maintaining our hot tub. I strongly suggest checking out Pool and Patio Center if your looking for a great product and great service. #####
Great place to get all of your pool needs. They doing everything from testing water, selling chemicals, installing pools, and Spas. Staff are very knowledgeable when helping balance the pool water. Also sell parts for pools and spas, along with pool floats and other toys.
