We purchased a hot tub that had been not winterized properly and put into cold storage and we told the sales personal we did not want a demo model and that’s what we received and it had many broken parts right from the start and then you had to fill the hot tub weekly due to it leaking so much and we had the repairman out 5-6 times and he could not find the leak or repair it and the first winter due to water loss the hot tub froze and the folks at the store would not take care of anything worst experience of my life and I have owned other tubs and had no issues I would not buy anything from this store they deserve a big fat 00000000

Mike and his team did a fantastic job with the our fireplace install. Their customer service was great start to finish. Would highly recommend.
