We would definitely purchase a Hot Tub through this business as they are TOTALLY AWESOME, RELIABLE & TRUST-WORTHY!!! They did such excellent repair work on our existing Hot Tub that we didn't have to purchase a new one at this time. They definitely went the "extra several miles" to help us. We had purchased this tub from another dealer and had several repair specialists out in the past 10+ years all to no avail. No one seemed to be able to diagnose the problems and get the right parts---we almost gave up. It was frustrating...we could use the Hot Tub and then had to turn it off between use and then heat it back when we wanted to get in. When we called Hot Tub Doctor, they came out quickly and took care of the problems within a very short time. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
Steve, Jared, Ashley, Kyle and all his crew are awesome. I have been using their services since 2003. Because of them my last hot tub lasted over 20 years! I just purchased a new hot tub and couldn't be more excited! Hoping to get as many years out of this one as well and I am sure I will as long as they continue doing the great cleaning and care for it! I highly recommend the Hot Tub Doctor!!!
I would recommend the Hot Tub Doctor to anyone who is looking to purchase a hot tub or swim spa. Steve, Jarrad, Ashley, and all the staff are willing to assist with questions at any time. I have purchased 2 swim spas over the years with them and I love it! I also use their monthly cleaning service. It makes it easy to keep my spa sparkling clean and ready to use year round.
