I recently came in with some water samples from my pool, which were very cloudy. As soon as I walked in, Kassidy was very helpful, ran several tests right away for me, explained exactly what she found, advised a course of action to fix the problem, and as it turns out, she was all over it! My pool was crystal clear within about a week! I’ve been a customer for over 25 years, and certainly will continue to be, and hope Kassidy is my customer service rep for a long time!

I recently came in with some water samples from my pool, which were very cloudy. Overall I was very happy.l’m enjoying my tub as much as I can because it helps with my pain.
I gave a review a few months ago. This is a follow up. I was told by Joanne that my pool would be installed by Pete this next week. Pete called and said he would be out in 2 days. 3 days came and went. No show. I called him he said they sent my liner to the warehouse and he couldn't get it till mon. And he would be out then. No show again. Now he says tomorrow. No show but he would be there for sure wed. No show. Ok Friday he'll be here. No show. It's been another m onth now and still no pool installed. It's been paid for now for almost 6 months. This is a rehab pool for a 71 year old lady with a broken back. Doesn't seem fair for her to be in so much pain and no way to receive it with water theropy. I will keep posting until the pool is taken care of.
