I was so impressed with the Quality of the Hot Tubs and JT was an Awesome Salesman! He Educated us on how the Hot Tubs are Built told us everything we wanted to know about them and which size would fit our Family best. We also reached out to his recommendations for an Electrician which is Jim Weilbacher, (Bach Electric). Jim came to my house to assess the Power Source available and returned a week later to install new Electric and prepare our Hot Tub for use. The Cincinnati Location Delivered and Set Hot Tub in place and did all of the Plumbing hookup. They were the nicest guys and Did an awesome Job. We experienced A+ Service from Agean Hot Tubs! We Love our New Vitas Hot Tub!

My husband and I bought the R200 from the Ohio State Fair--really good deal! We went to the Hilliard showroom prior to delivery so that we had a better understanding of what we were getting. Very helpful staff! However, we got some bad information that has made owning our R200 quite upsetting. First, the system will not get to 104° like a typical hot tub. 99° is the maximum setting. If the sun happens to get the water up any higher, the system "cools" it to 99°. We were also told to expect our electric bill to increase by about $50. This was a very inaccurate estimation. Finally, and turns out to be the most upsetting, the insulated cover does not have Velcro as promised. Wind being what it is, it has been challenging to keep the spa closed. We woke up to today's snow only to find that the cover had been blown open, snow falling in, steam pouring out, system working desperately to keep the temperature at 99°. We love the spa itself, but we wish we would have known it wouldn't be a "hot" tub and we really wish the cover would remain closed.
I would like to thank Jeff and the entire staff at Agean hot tubs for always being professional and we love the swim spa.
Highly recommend this team. Tuff Spas are great products and we have had excellent results. Returned to price a swim spa and showers. We will be buying here again.
Do not believe what sales staff or management tell you about tubs. Will not tell the truth. I bought tub was told what energy uses would be. Completely lied to. I worked with AEP to isolate tub and it’s usage was no where close to what they said the usage would be. My advice is to steer clear of this company. Wasn’t honest with me.

I am relatively new to the hot tub scene and have been looking at numerous brands and models of late, to the point of really being a bit confused about some of the various features, components and their manufacturer claims. During my research I came across various youtube videos conducted by Chris at Agean Hot Tubs. They were all very informative and so I had learned a lot from them. Even though I am located about 1,000 miles and several states away from this store, I decided to reach out and see if Chris might be willing to speak with me and hopefully answer some of the questions I had. I already knew from my research that the Maax Spas brand, being comprised of the American Whirlpool and Vita Spa product lines, was a top-tier manufacturer in the hot tub industry and was a leader in many important respects. Well, I was lucky enough to get connected with Chris and I was not disappointed at all in my decision to place a call to him. Rather than being outright turned away or just simply being rushed off the phone, Chris took quite a bit of his own personal time, just to be helpful to me, imparting much of his own knowledge on the various spa-related subjects that were important to me and my family. In the process I gained a friend and trusted advisor, even though he knew full-well that speaking with me would not be directly making any money for either himself or the Agean company. So, bottom line: I am very thankful to have come to know Chris and I am grateful for his careful attention, concerns and valuable advice. I really wish that I lived closer to his store and without reservation I would urge anyone interested in a portable hot tub or spa who reads this review of mine, to do yourself a real favor and reach-out to Chris at Agean. He is great to speak with and he has tons of knowledge within this industry. In short, I would not hesitate for a second to do business with him or his company....Thanks so much for all of the help and valuable advice you have given to me and my family, Chris!

The product took awhile to be delivered, but it was well worth the wait. The entire process was great from the sales team to the delivery. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Awesome place! Very family oriented and excellent customer service. They are quick on getting back with you and getting parts ordered and installed. I will always use them for my spa purchases. They are very informative and knowledgeable about the spas they sell. I couldn’t be any happier with my new smart top by leisure concepts on my Maax spa.
